There is an In-District rate, and an Out-Of-District rate. In-District refers to residents of Hood River County, excluding Cascade Locks. Resident property owners pay .34 per $1,000 property tax in support of the Parks and Recreation District. Over 60% of the Aquatic Center operational budget is provided by resident tax payers. This tax makes In-District residents eligible for a discount.

Party Room and Patio Rental Rates
Rentals for the party room will be a flat fee per hour, with a sign in sheet for swimming participants. The charge for participants will be calculated according to the eligibility of the renter at the end of the session.
