Our Facilities :: Hood River Skate Park

In 1996, working in cooperation with the City, the Hood River Rotary, other civic groups, and strong volunteer groups, the District opened the first phase of a skate park at the City’s Jaymar Park (now called the Rotary Skate Park).  Volunteers remain key as we continue to evolve the Skate Park to a permanent, low maintenance facility.  The skate park has expanded to include a BMX track, permanent restrooms, and playground area.
