DOGGY PADDLE

All dogs will agree there is nothing as enjoyable and relaxing as a good swim! So the Hood River Aquatic Center will be opening its doors to our dog friends! That's right.. bring your dogs to the pool and they can swim!! This event is for dogs only: no cats, horses, llamas, chickens or humans allowed in the pools.
Where: Hood River Aquatic Center
When: Tuesday, September 7th from 5:30-7pm
How Much: $3.00 per dog or $5.00 multiple dog family
Who: All dogs, big or small (as long as they are friendly!)
A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to "Hukari Animal Shelter" .
*The Doggy Paddle takes place before the yearly maintenance shutdown. Pools will be drained immediately after our canine friends swim. The pools will be cleaned, serviced, and sanitized before they are filled with 100% fresh water and re-chlorinated. The Hood River County Health Department has determined that there are no significant health risks posed by allowing dogs to swim in the facility.
