Water aerobics classes offer a great workout
without the stress and impact on your joints caused by other types of exercise.
Both the shallow and deep ends of the rec. pool are incorporated within workouts
-- or stay toasty in the 93 degree therapy pool!
Foam bells (with your choice of 2 different resistance levels), ankle resisters,
and waist belts available.
Classes are free with paid pool admission.
